Historical Note
Established in 1946, Aigle Azur, sometimes seen as Aigle Azur Extreme Orient, was a French airline based at Paris Orly Airport. The airline operated scheduled flights to destinations across Europe, Africa, and the Middle East. It later changed its name slightly to Lucas Aigle Azur. The airline ceased operations in 2019 due to financial strife.
