Aerovias Ecuatorianas CA, also known as AREA-Ecuador, was an Ecuadorian airline. Established in 1949 through the merger of ATECA and Transandina Ecuatoriana, it operated domestic and limited international passenger routes until it ceased operations in 1970. No further information is known.
