Historical Note

Mesa Air is an American regional passenger service airline. Established in 1980 in Farmington, New Mexico as Mesa Air Shuttle, the airline started with service to Albuquerque, New Mexico and Denver and Grand Junction, Colorado. In 1998, the airline moved its headquarters to Phoenix, Arizona. The airline continues to operate as Mesa Airlines as of 2025.
