Historical Note

Imperial Airlines was a United States commuter airline based in Southern California which operated from 1964 to 1986. Established as Visco Flying Service, the airline later changed its name to Imperial Airlines. It served a number of cities in Southern California and, for a brief period, several cities in Arizona before it ceased operations.
