Historical Note

Pan American-Grace Airways, better known as PANAGRA, was an airline formed as a joint venture between Pan American World Airways and Grace Shipping Company from 1928 to 1969. The airline primarily flew to South America from both the East and West Coast. It ceased operations when it merged with Braniff International Airways.
