Air Great Lakes was an American regional passenger airline based at Midway Airport, Chicago, Illinois. Originally founded as Priority Air Freight Co, circa 1979, it was renamed to Skytrain Airlines and then changed its name again in 1981 to Air Great Lakes. It served multiple cities within Illnois. The exact end date of its operation is unknown.
