Historical Note
Midwest Express Airlines was an American passenger and charter airline that operated from 1984 until 2002. Originally established in 1946 as K-C Aviation, the Wisconsin-based airline changed its name in 1984. In 2002 it rebranded to Midwest Airlines and operated as such until its 2010 merger into Frontier Airlines.
