Historical Note

Established in 2002, West Isle Air was a regional airline based in Anacortes, Washington that offered scheduled commuter and scenic flights in the Puget Sound, Washington area. On September 4, 2022, de Havilland Canada DHC-3 Otter (N725TH) registered to West Isle Air crashed into Mutiny Bay, killing the pilot and all nine passengers. An exact date of closure for the airline is unknown, but is likely sometime soon after the accident.
