Historical Note

Continental Micronesia, sometimes seen as Continental Air Micronesia, was a wholly owned subsidiary airline of Continental Airlines. Originally established as Air Micronesia in 1968, the airline operated daily passenger flights to Honolulu, Hawaii, as well as international services to Asia, Micronesia and Australia from its hub at Antonio B. Won Pat International Airport on Guam. In 2010, it was absorbed into its parent company, whcih in 2017 merged into United Airlines.
