Historical Note

Established in 1935, Mayflower Airlines was a short-lived seasonal airline that served Boston, Cape Cod, Martha's Vineyard, and Nantucket, Massachuesetts. Although it ceased flying operations in 1939, it wasn't until 1944 that the airline was merged into Northeast Airlines.
