Biographical Note: Charles Foster Willard

Charles F. Willard was born in 1883. Willard was the first United States barnstorming pilot and the fourth American to pilot an airplane. He also participated in the 1910 Los Angeles International Aviation Meet. He died on February 2, 1977.
