The Air Line Pilots Association, International (ALPA) is the largest pilot union in the world, representing more than 61,000 pilots from 33 U.S. and Canadian airlines. ALPA was founded on 27 July 1931.

Abstract
Ralph James Moore (1909-1963) graduated from the Boeing School of Aeronautics in 1931, was a member of the Army Air Corps during the 1930s, and worked with the Civil Aeronautics Board through the 1930s and 1940s. The collection consists of manuscripts, maps, photographs, and clippings collected by Moore during his career in the Army Air Forces. The majority of the collection is comprised of Aircraft Accident Reports from the Civil Aeronautics Authority (CAA).

Contents of the Collection
The Gary Teeter Braniff Airways Collection is a small collection that primarily contains textual materials collected and used by Second Officer (Flight Engineer) Gary Teeter during his 1979-1980 employment with Braniff Airways. The bulk of the collection is employee records, including crew logs, an employee handbook, crew time and pay sheets and insurance booklets.
